When we phoned, the owner promptly called us back and gave us confidence in his knowledge and experience with the product. We also found his prices to be more competitive than all other suppliers we approached for the same material. The owner came to measure, ordered the materials and worked with us to find a convenient appointment time for the installation.
Their professionalism was highlighted even more during the installation. The owner is responsive to client needs, respectful of the home (i.e. careful, tidy, etc), and customer satisfaction is his priority – they truly do want to make sure the client is completely happy with their product and service. We continue to refer this company to our friends and would be more than happy to have potential customers come and view the product/workmanship for themselves.
