I was looking to replace an RO System for our residential home, a system that I installed over 12 years ago. Knowing Burlington Water Tech had this product AND would install the system was a bonus for me.
The Product:
First, I had no clue I was going to be able to pick a faucet, this was news to me. Secondly, I was thrilled the tank would be installed in the ceiling under our kitchen. I had no clue this could be done and saves us so much usable space that was under utilized with the previous tank under the kitchen sink.
The Service:
Talk about passionate about what he does, Tim knows his stuff and is willing to take the time to explain any questions you might have. You may have to put up with some corny jokes but that fits with my type of humour.
