My kitchen looks gorgeous....mainly due to the granite countertops! Everyone comments on them as soon as they walk in. Surprisingly I had a difficult time finding someone for my countertops. Many companies didn't even bother to return my calls. And one came to do the measurements, sent a quote and then was too busy to call back and wasted 3 weeks of time time. In desparation (and counterless for over a month) I found EM Timeless and told them my story. They were willing to do everything possible to get my counters to me ASAP....even though they were shutting down for holidays for a week. The day before they shut down Edith went to two suppliers to take pictures of the granite slab I wanted so I could see which one I liked better. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect slab, then put it on hold for me so I could go take a look for myself. Once they got back from shut down my order was on the way and ready for delivery by the promised date.
Installation was a breeze. They were professional, friendly, organized, and everything went smooth and quick. I am so happy with the finished product and would recomment EM Timeless to anyone! Now I can't wait to get the bathroom counters!
