Rob responded to our call very quickly which really reduced our anxiety. We had just purchased our home and found that the previous owners had neglected to deal with the issue properly. Their misuse of poison and neglecting entry points caused quite a bit of work but Rob stayed on the job until it was complete. When we later found one last (hopefully) entry point Rob was here in a day and worked tenaciously in a difficult spot to deal with it. Rob is curtious and professional and we would recommend him anytime.
