I'll def. give a 10/10 to Rob for his great service! I also need thank for all previous reviewers for all stories which made me decide to hire Rob for rats issue in my house.
Rob is very pro and willing to educate me with lots of info such as rats habit etc. He found the roots at first visit.
Today is his follow up visit in such pouring day, he removed the dead rat and took him another hour to remove one way door and sealed the holes on roof.
His charge is very reasonable not to mention the 1-year warranty.
Thx again Rob for your excellent service and I'm glad my house is rat free.
