Pest Maven

We heard "scratching" behind our gas fireplace and above pot lights in our bathroom!
Rats! My wife hates them! She called the Pest Maven, Mr. Rob Stobbe came the next day on time. Did an inspection of our roof and house with lots of ladder work of to find possible access holes for rats... Found a hole and installed a one way door, put out some safe traps, and reassured us about the outcome. 10 days later we were definitely rat free. My neighbour had a varmit problem and I recommended The Pest Maven. He is very experienced, and capable. Rob solved the neighbour's rat problem and fixed the leak that the last Pest Control guy created when he put screws through the shingle and roof membrane! Rob is great!
