Kitchen Wholesalers

Poor quality, poor service. We would have paid double if we knew the quality of materials and installation that we received. Ignorant, childish staff. Will never use again nor recommend.

The cabinets are good quality and the price is excellent. The design process is smooth. We bought two kitchens from Kitchen Wholesalers. Our review is about the main kitchen. We worked with Louie and Leeanne. The biggest problem we have had with this project is making sure that all the needed materials are on site. We cannot complain about our installer Garry. He professional and qualified. We are still waiting for the brackets to install the pull-outs for the pantry. The quality is there and worth a visit to Kitchen Wholesalers.

**BEWARE OF INSTALLER**
crooked door handles, crooked pullout pantry drawers with 6 screw holes for each bracket installed, nails & screws that came through the cupboard side panels during drawer and light valence installation, unfinished toe kick installed on outside edge, unlevel cabinets (that had to be reinstalled by a professional before our counter top could be installed) missing "fillers" that caused an uncentered sink, a pantry not flush up against the wall.
The only saving grace in our journey was the designer. And kitchen wholesalers made good on replacing most of the damaged pieces.
If you are planning to install yourself you could get away with using Kitchen wholesalers. If you choose to purchase through kitchen wholesalers I recommend you do not use their installers.

Changing my previous review as the kitchen was finally fixed. I got replacements for all doors/shelves that had issues. The company sent me another installer that fixed the remaining issues left from the previous one. However, it took long time and I had to pay other contractor to level the cabinets as we could not use the kitchen and proceed with our renovation. So, finally the kitchen is done and it looks good, but it took so long time to complete this project! I can not recommend this company as with the current competition on the market, it is possible to get a much better service for the same price.

UPDATE after 1 year: the quality of paint is bad, it cracked in many places. My experience with this company is awful. I am planning to change the cabinets next year.

The cabinets are good quality and the price is excellent. Installer is ready to start next week. So far could not be happier. One tip you may want to go over your measures carefully and confirm that all of your cabinets are available as ordered.

Horrible Company! Avoid at all costs. I hired them to renovate the kitchen in my condo. They sent wrong size cabinets twice, measured the kitchen incorrectly, nothing fits, my kitchen is ruined and I'm sitting here wondering how to fix it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Extremely Unprofessional!

I am very happy with my new kitchen from Kitchen Wholesalers. They have amazing staff and are open on Sundays which makes it even easier to work with Louie and Deena. If you want the absolute best experience make sure you use David to install the cabinets. He is a cut above the rest and he knows the product inside out.

We saw the sign for kitchenwholesalers and had been to other places before. There prices saved is hundreds, and their cabinets were the quality that we were hoping for. We have had the new cabinets for over a year and have received many compliments. Thanks for your terrific service!
