We had planned to only have our ceilings sanded to flat and were going to paint and prime ourselves. They were done 1000 sq ft in only 3.5 days. Jamie and Joel did such an amazing job, we decided to hire them to paint and prime them too so we didn't ruin their amazing work. We have dealt with a lot of trades in the last few months, and Jamie and Joel were over the top professional and respectful of us and our house. They papered and taped off what they needed to and got to work. They were done ahead of schedule, which was great because we had to fire the renovator our kitchen company hired as he was not going to be done in time for the cabinets to be installed and his work and professionalism was severely lacking. The "other guy" had already installed all the drywall quite poorly and uneven and the mudding was sloppy and half hazard. We truly lucked out with getting to see Jamie and Joel's work on the other side of the rest of our house and they were great about ensuring they fixed everything the renovator did wrong, in only 3 days. You couldn't even see the giant hump on the wall or the line in the ceiling where the wall had been taken out. I can't imagine how it would have looked if we let the "other guy" continue. Jamie even convinced us to buy a paint sprayer and then spent some time showing us how to set it up and use it. We have a ton of doors, trim, closets, railing, wall of wainscoting and shutters to paint so this was extra nice above and beyond information that is going to save us a lot of time and money to do it ourselves. We also received a ton of tips on painting and drywalling/patching for other areas of the house we were doing. Most importantly, we could still work around Jamie and Joel on the other things we needed to get done without feeling awkward or in the way. We are already planning to have them do the basement ceilings when we are finished the upstairs. We were even allowed to save our included cleaning until the end of our entire renovation. We were also told to let him know if we notice anything not quite right and he will come fix it. We have already recommended him to our flooring guy and kitchen company. Amazing quality service where you really feel like you got more than you paid for and a company that stands behind their work!
