Appliance Repair review in

I had a service repair man diagnose oven temp fluctuation as caused by relay board in June. I am still waiting for the replacement part in late November. They keep telling me it is on order. Have complained and called at least 20 times with no satisfaction. Oven is only 5 years old. I will never use them again
