When we decided to renovate our basement (bedroom/hallway/family room/shower/) friends recommended R.O.I. Renos because as well as producing an excellent finished product, they were "on time and on budget". And so we contacted Jim Dickinson who supplied us with a competitive quote.
Jim gave us a starting date, and anticipated completion time, and dates when we could expect the electrician and plumber on site. Although based out of Toronto, Jim and his work colleague arrived promptly every day (no "time off" to check other jobs) and there was steady, visible forward progress each day. The sub-trades arrived on the scheduled day and were both highly professional. No time-wasters here. There was excellent attention to detail and the work site was always cleanly maintained.
R.O.I. Renos did finish on time and on budget. We were almost sorry to see them go, as they were so cheerful and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending them as we now enjoy our beautiful basement.
