If you're a snow bird, this might be the service for you. If not, stay away. We contracted for the winter months and were promised snow shoveling within 24 hours of snowfall exceeding 2 cm. Not sure what snowfall website they are using because it stopped snowing here at noon and my drive and walk were not shoveled until 6 the next evening. I had to shovel a path to my front door as well as the sidewalk outside my home hours before they arrived. I was expecting guests and if I didn't shovel, they would be wading through knee deep snow to reach my door. I phoned to cancel the service and was told that I had to pay a 2 month penalty and they would not be shoveling for that 2 month period. This is on a 5 month contract, close to the end of the first month. I ended up not cancelling because the penalty was too high, but I am very disappointed with this service and will not be contracting with them again.
