Dave came by our place to reconnect a baseboard heater. It was working when he left, but soon afterwards lost the electrical connection again. I called him and he said he would come by at a certain time to look at it. He never showed up. I called him again. We made another appointment and he stood me up again. After that, I didn't bother and got someone else to repair it.
