New Home Architecture and Engineering
I engaged with Rigid Frame to do the architecture and structural work for my home after my last designer was unable to solve all the engineering challenges. Pezhman and Arvin were great with coming up with novel approaches to solve my challenges and delivering on tight timelines. If it wasnt for them, it would not have been possible to construct my vision into reality.
Have the architect also do the structural design really helps resolve issues that would surface later otherwise. My job was quite technical with a car elevator, steel and concrete beams, conditioned attic, custom joists and trusses etc and they were able to resolve all the challenges. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to renovate or build.
