Myron from Aztec is the absolute best! Quality salesman with great advice. Didnt try to upsale me in anyway and offered his professional opinion at the right moments. Very personable and was able to be contacted 24/7. We are super satisfied with the craftsmanship of the install, super nice guy and very respectful of our home. We had a small issue with the seal failing in one of the glass panels, so five yrs later, I contact him just to see if he had access to some plugs to match the door that I was going to have to drill out (was going to fix it myself), next thing I know he's gone to bat with the manufacturer for us and had them replace and install the entire window at their cost! I never expected a company/person to provide ongoing service like this in a million years. I've been doing renos and fixes for many years and it is very rare to find someone as genuine and trustworthy as Myron (Aztech windows and doors). I have recommended him to multiple friends and they are also just as satisfied as I am (and I'm a picky one!) We had 5 estimates done and he was by far the most informative and personable company. We are going to be getting our windows done soon and I'm not even going to bother calling around, Myron (Aztech) is going to be the first call. Hands down. The biggest part of providing this review is the fact that he never forgot about us and continued to be 100% invested in the product he provided to us. Pictures are from start to finish. I didn't include the price in this because I'm sure things have changed over the years.

The door installer was amazing, he took his time and left both doors in good working order. I cant say enough good things about Myron and his team. From the initial super quick quote, to the finished product, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Aztech. Myron walked me through the type of windows I needed to take advantage of the current energy rebate, and even speeded up the process by connecting me with the appropriate energy auditor. The work was done as promised, on time and on budget. No surprises. The site was left super clean too.

We had a few estimates before settling on Aztech. Myron gave us excellent advice and met with us a few times to make sure we were totally happy and all our requirements were met. We finally decided on a door which was about half the cost of other estimates and included a tri-lock door which included hardware which other companies were charging more than $1000 (yes $1000) for the same hardware. Leon, the installer did a fabulous job in record time and even extended the wiring for our door bell and security system.
All in all excellent project. Would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to take advantage of the government loan and the rebate. Dmitry was very helpful throughout the process. His answers to our multiple questions were direct and made sense. The process turned out to be almost exactly as he told us and everything went quite smoothly. Now about a month after the windows were installed and it got cold we really feel the difference. Very happy we did it, the second inspection confirmed we got the right windows, and we would gladly recommend Dmitry and his team to anyone.
