Karel was on time and explained what and why he was going to do. He went into the attic to inspect the electrical box to make sure it would safely hold the weight of the fan. It did not need a new reinforced box so he installed the fan and was not happy with the instability of the fan when it was going. He spent his time adjusting it so that there would be no movement. This showed me that he was very concerned with safety (he told me of incidents where the fans have fallen off the ceiling when in use).
I was very happy with his work.
