The sofa reclining mechanism makes snapping and clacking noises. The cushions move out of place when you recline and dont go back into the proper position. You have to knock them back into place. The leather looks like "end of the roll" remnants. There are several crease marks on the sofa. One is 24inches long at a slight diagonal across the front of the cushion. About an inch wide. How did their "quality control" miss that? At least I now know why they didnt let me see the sofa prior to delivery.
Staff are very helpful before you pay. After you pay, they don't care and you are on your own. Promised that if there are any problems, they would send out a technician. Now they dont want to do that.
Terrible quality, obvious defects, lousy aftersales service. Lots of propaganda upfront about how they produce high-quality sofas. That may have been true a long time ago, but certainly not now.
They dont take credit cards either which usually means that there is an issue.
Very disappointed as I really want to support local Canadian made good. But not when its a total rip-off. Go someplace else and save yourself the headaches.
