Called Progressive on Friday for an estimate, my roof had a leak near the chimney. They came out on Saturday, got up there and determined it was most likely the seal around the flashing. Before I knew it they said they would be right back to fix it. He fixed it same day and with no wait. Gave me info on how the roof looked and what I may eventually need for my chimney.
No upsell, very professional and easy to work with. I had multiple roofers in before and they all wanted me to get a new roof. Progressive Roofing skipped all the upsell and told me what I needed and fixed it quick.
