I looked into a property (which was one of my biggest Investment till date) and post that I got in touch with Michael through Home Stars. He was very responsive and immediately called me (even though it was late at night) as soon as I posted online in Home Stars for more information regarding Home Inspection.

After talking to him, I looked up for his reviews and then I was more impressed seeing feedback about his work.

I shared all the details I had of the house and requested him to help identify any issues with his rich experience in this field.

We fixed an appointment and he came before time (even before me) for home inspection and started inspecting the property.

He was very detailed and explained me all the issues in detail and how I can help fix them with his valuable suggestions (to make it last longer).

His experience and feedback was very valuable and hence I would fully trust him and his advice and would recommend to anyone who is looking for Home Inspection to be done.

Michael was willing to tell us what he knows and shared great experience to us because we are new with owning a house. He walked us through each issue he found, whether it is something major or minor. The inspection report was prepared within a day and he welcomes our feedback or questions.

Michael is very professional, performed detailed inspection form ground to roof covering structure, electrical, plumbing, heating etc and generated report with detailed description, photos and suggestion. Reasonable price. Attention to every details.

I really like the reviews I read for Mike and also his phone etiquette as well. He and his partner did a an extensive review of the entire property and asked questions and made recommendations along the way. I wanted to get some insight into the current state of my home in order to know what projects to work on now so that don't become massive costs in the future. Michael sent a through report that same night and one by one I'm addressing each concern. Mike is an angel, after having two inspections done by insurance who wouldn't even look at the roof in its entirety to explain all the potential reasons for the leak in our garage. I decided to look on homestars and the web for a good inspector. Already, somewhat convinced by his reviews, I contacted Mike, he said he would have to also involve a roofer named Carlos to help with the process and get back to me in the evening. Having dealt with bad inspectors for over a week, and was told that the roof was fine with just shingles, even though it's illegal to the building code, I did not have great expectations. However, true to his word he actually did phone me as promised, and made a prompt appointment for the following Monday. He arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and his roofer Carlos who is very precise and courteous. Mike blew me away by his professionalism and kindness throughout the process, always answering questions, taking calls, giving advise beyond what he has to do. The report was also done and emailed within the week had one delay but he even took the responsibility and informed it would be one day late, wow, if I couldn't be more impressed already. Mike is by the book, from start to finish. I am so impressed I finally found a person with ethics and integrity in this city which is very hard. He is extremely easy to work with and confirmed what I knew about my roof and saved me more damages down the road, had I believed the other inspections. I will use Mike for all my home inspection needs in the future and recommend him as the best you can get and trust me I searched through many many people. His price is also very fair for the time he gives you. I wish everyone was like Mike. Thanks again Mike, for everything you have done for me, I'll never forget it.

Their Inspector Tarver showed up on time and did a complete assessment of my house and provided me with very detailed information, showed me scans with the thermal camera and helped me identify all the problems with my basement, and probably saved me thousands of dollars.
