Lawn Maintenance review in

I signed up for spring clean up and weekly mow. I was low on the priority list so spring clean up did not happen. I signed up for fall clean up, called 2 to 3 times to confirm, and was told no problem! I called today,(Nov 5) and was told since I was only a summer service, they would not be doing the fall clean up! Poor Service. NR

- Tell the customer the truth, that they are low on priority and should go to another company.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Go with some other company, this company is not dependable
