We wanted to renovate our bathroom , since we had finish goods we were looking for just labor. After taking few estimates, we hired yousef for the job,simply because he understood what we wanted and explained us thoroughly how the job will be done. Everything from start to finish was done according to the schedule he gave us. At the end we were not pleased some of tile work but I must give him credit that until we were satisfied he kept on coming back to fix the problem without any hesitation. Just because he stood behind his work we will hire him again for my other project and also Recommend him to others with confidence.

UPDATE: YEAR LATER
we have a contract that states they "Solution Build Group Inc. proviodes for 10 year warrany on all labour." but they do not return our emails and calls and this has been going on for about 5 months and the tiles they installed are lose now as well as some of the fictures they put in. so do not get work done from them

My husband and I hired Solution Build to complete a full renovation of our main floor and basement. The project included 1 powder room and 2 bathrooms as well as a custom kitchen, hardwood flooring in the main floor and laminate flooring in the basement, etc. They just completed the project yesterday and we are very pleased with the final result! I want to thank Yousef for all time and his hard work which he put into our home. I highly recommend Solution Build to any homeowner who is looking for a professional workmanship.

I hired Solution Build Group Inc to renovate my basement. The work started on first week of March and just completed yesterday on April 15th. The project included framing, drywall, painting as well as renovate the bathroom and changing the existing flooring to hardwood floor. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the job they did. They finished all the work in the six week time frame with no delays. I never thought a good quality work can be done in such a short time frame. From what I heard from friends and family members, their contractors always delayed the work or left them in the middle. My experience was totally different ! The project manager (Yousef Alavi) and his crew changed my outlook by being on time and providing an excellent customer service and a good quality work.
I highly recommend Solution Build and i will refer them to friends and family.

I had the owner Yousef (owner/manager) come to my house to give me an estimate for the job. he has quoted me a price of 1236.00 for the job. we have signed a contract and gave him a deposit. On the day of the job, his crew came in and they told me that the price has changed from $1236.00 to $2600.00
it is extremely unprofessional of them to come to a costumers house give them quote and then double the price. I have cancelled the contract with them and I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS OR RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. As the owner of the business, Yousef should know the scope of work and pricing of for his business.
