Yousef and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time, on budget, friendly, communicative, cordial, and informed. After three months of construction on our basement, I was glad to see it was done. Yousef was a good communicator from the very beginning. He had the best price I could find after interviewing 3 other contractors and he was honest and upfront about the costs from the get go. He did the cabinetry custom and his work was exceptional. The rooms in the basement are the best rooms in our house and our family has spent many hours since the completion enjoying the space, especially the theater room. The team started work immediately after providing me a detailed plan. His team also left the place spotless, so we did not have any work to do after they left.
