Contracted Chloe to complete landscape design. She was unresponsive, inflexible and defensive. She took on the project, was paid 50% upfront, and then did not complete it within a reasonable timeline. She was highly unpleasant to communicate with, and did not collaborate with contractor. Strongly suggest avoiding.
