My husband found Smartboxes online when we were preparing to move homes and were provided with a great overall experience. We were drawn to the service both due to its convenience as well as ecological soundness. All the deliveries and pick ups went according to plan, aside from the box I forgot to return, which was then picked up hassle free by one of their friendly staff.
