I had Beaver do my driveway and block retaining wall less than a year ago. I mainly chose them because of the competitive price and follow-up call Frank gave me to chase business. That seems like a mistake now as I notice rusted metal spots in a few areas of my driveway.

The service is very poor. After noticing the eye-sore rusty spots/streaks in the my driveway I started calling Beaver numerous times 2 months ago. Most of the time no one picks up. Sometimes I leave a voice message. Twice a lady picked up and took note of my messages and said someone would call me back. Guess what, no one called me back so I called a more times. One time Frank does call me and said he would come by to see, but no follow up from him after that. So I called more times, but no answers again. I am fed up now and am posting a picture of 1 of the 6 ugly rusty spots in my driveway. I believe they have some garbage/scrap metal in their poor quality asphalt. One area even has a metal wire exposed.

Also, I didn’t appreciate how one of Frank’s son kept pushing me to give them a 10 star review even just right after the evacuation of the old driveway (before the work was complete). At this time I cannot recommend Beaver or say anything positive about them until they come resolve the issue.
