During the 6+ years with NES, we have placed a few service requests by emails, on line or phone calls. All services requests were responded promptly and issues resolved shortly.
A couple of examples:
A while ago, the wireless sensor was out of battery, I called Dominic, he suggested try replacing the battery by myself first to save service cost, which worked well . He is very honest and patient.
Today, it was extremely hot. I called Dominic for some issues related to the telephone line. He arranged to have Cosimo came to my house right away and had it fixed. I am very impressed with their prompt response and great customer services.
My experience with NES Alarms has always been exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend NES Alarms.
