A friend referred me to Rolando from Olympia Town when I was looking for a company to replace some windows and doors on my home. He had done work on her home and she raved about him, so I gave Rolando a call. Right away, I could tell that I was in great hands with Rolando. He was very responsive, professional, and courteous. He asked lots of questions and explained everything to us, to help ensure he fully understood our wishes and needs. He was very patient with us as we went through the many options to choose from in windows and doors. We changed our minds on a couple things and as a result he had to make a couple trips to our house to measure etc. Some contractors may have found that frustrating but not Rolando. He did it with a smile and always made us feel like we were his priority. When the day came for our doors and windows to be installed, Rolando showed up on time as promised and did a fabulous job.
