We have a two-storey tall window with lots of wood trim that was rotting out regularly. We were tired of constantly replacing the wood and having it painted, so contacted Rolando after being impressed with the work that he did for one of our neighbours. The window trim was a bit detailed, but Rolando was meticulous in making it look amazing. We now have maintenance-free trim that looks great. As a home owner in Toronto, Olympia Town Aluminum has been a great company to me. About seven years ago, I heard of them from a recommendation from a friend of the family. At that time, I had them replace two old outdated singe pane windows in my house with high efficiency thermal glass. The service was great, the quote was prepared right away, and the installation was professional and clean. During the last big ice storm I had some trees fall and damage my eavestrough and a piece of flashing on the sunroom, I called up Rolando from Olympia Town Aluminum and he came over, gave me a fair price and promptly sized and installed a new piece along the length of the house as well as fixed the flashing. Since then, Olympia Town Aluminum has installed a new exterior side door and storm screen door on my house with the same care and attention to detail as the previous jobs, with properly coped flashing and clean caulking lines. I had Olympia/Rolando replace all eavestrough around the house, replace aluminum fascia, install shutters on front windows and replace 2 single pain large (5' X 5') windows. The workmanship was excellent, attention to detail was great, suggested alternative downspout locations for improved water discharge. Clean-up around the yard was immaculate as well as inside the house when installing new windows. The jobs were all done in the timeframe that was given and were all completed on budget. I would highly recommend Olympia to anyone considering having windows/doors/eaves done.
