Dimitar was awesome. Explained best replacement and gave us advise based on his own personal experience. Back door new pad and lock are perfect, and explained each step. Highly recommend.

I called on last Thursday and Dimitar and his assistant came yesterday afternoon (it was not an emergency); they were very nice guys and they were here for only about 20 minutes. Re-keyed two locks quickly and efficiently. I will use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Found them through Homestars, which was helpful.

I contacted Locksmith Care because an old front door lock wasn't functioning. I arranged to meet Dimitar at the house, however was caught in heavy late afternoon traffic on the Don Valley. Dimitar was waiting for me when I arrived. He quickly replaced the lock and was on his way after cutting some extra keys for the new lock.

I found Dimitar through the HomeStars website and decided to call him after reading through the positive reviews. Dimitar quickly provided me a fair quote and even went out of his way to schedule a late appointment in the day after his regular hours. He arrived early to my house and waited patiently for me to arrive after work. I found Dimitar to be friendly, courteous and professional while interacting with him. He also helped us to refasten one of the front door knobs and checked the fitments of all our doors. I would highly recommend Dimitar and will be contacting him again for any future lock work.
