Service was done quickly at a fair price. I even got a follow up call the next day to ensure I was happy with the service. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

We had a problem with our washer I contacted Sam on Sun although he was very busy but he made time for us and he came and fix our washer right away. Sam was very pleasant and he knew what he was doing. One thing we loved about Sam when I called he asked me for model and serial number so he can have the part available to fix. We will recommend Sam to everybody and we are very satisfy with the service and excellent customer service. Thank you Sam.

I had a recurring problem with my GE Refrigerator and have had a terrible repair experience with another company in the past. I decided to try JSN this time mostly due to the excellent reviews they receive on this site. They did not disappoint!! On my initial phone call, Ayman assessed our problem and made sure to order possible needed replacement parts before his first visit, so that hopefully he could diagnose and repair promptly. Sure enough he was able to have us up and running within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. We did have a small problem reoccur after the repair, but Ayman was prompt to return and make it right. Very friendly and trustworthy service. JSN has now become my only appliance repair company going forward. Thanks again Ayman and my apologies for my delayed review.

Sam fixed the problem (a loose belt that created a horrible scraping noise) in less than an hour and the washing machine is working without that horrible belt noise now.

Ayman found issue with my Kitchenaid fridge in 2 minutes and was confident that relay switch was the issue. I went along with it and he was right. He returned with new part within 48 hours and fixed the issue. He was upfront about costs and used only OEM parts. He was kind and professional and texted me that he was going to be late for our appointment. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the problem fixed right the first time !

I found JSN through the high ratings they received here on HomeStars. Sam came over the day after I called. During our first conversation about what was wrong with my dryer I mentioned the make and he said it can be hard or impossible to get parts for that make. I appreciated his honesty up front so in spite of the fact that there was a chance he couldn't fix it I asked him to come look. He took the facing apart and found the issue and fixed it within the hour for the price he quoted. Would recommend him to anyone and will use him again!

Our fridge stopped working and within less than 10 hours Ayman was at our door giving us a temporary fix and then back in 48 hours with the part needed.

I've been having trouble with both my freezer and fridge for a while now, and no one could help. I gave up on the previous 2 repair service companies and thought I'd try JSN when the stove gave out as well. Ayman was punctual and very friendly.
He arrived on site with the required parts for the fridge the next day after my initial call. Additional parts required were ordered and arrived very quickly. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Excellent service!
