I rarely write reviews. Too many bad experiences. I called Sam at JSN Appliance Repair 1pm today to repair my washing machine. I called based on his good reviews on Homestars. As other customers here have written, he answered the call immediately. He asked me to text him the model number to ensure he had the right parts and so that the job would be done in one session. He came on time this evening as promised. He had my machine working right away. The price was very reasonable and he's up front before he starts. Great value, service, and integrity. Sam is pleasant, professional, trustworthy, and sincere. I highly recommend him, especially to niave home-owners (like me) who don't know who to call or have been taken advantage of in the past. I will absolutely call him again for future appliance repairs. You can tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his reputation and workmanship. His number is now saved in my phone. I'm so glad I called him.

I contacted Sam for the repair of our dryer. He responded promptly and he came to our house same day. He was very professional. I was also quite happy that he made follow up call to see how the dryer works. Impressive!!

My dryer stopped working and I found Sam and his company on HomeStars. He was very responsive and came to take a look at the dryer as soon as he was able. He called to let me know when he expected to arrive and was on time. He took the time to carefully look the dryer over and was very honest about the work that was needed. He was polite, friendly and efficient.

My husband called Sam to fix our dishwasher. Sam as very punctual, and clear in his communication. He fixed our dishwasher quickly, and even called back the day later to ensure everything was still working.

I contacted Sam about standing water in my dishwasher and we were able to set up a time for him to come and look at it. He contacted my when he was 30 minutes away to let me know. He was very up front with the cost and did an excellent job. I would definitely use JSN again if I had any problems.

Sam returned my initial call very quickly which I really appreciated! When he came he was quickly able to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine, and was also able to identify other problems that I should know about. At the same time, he was up front about cost and did not encourage me to spend more money on extra repairs on a 10 year old machine. He also came on a Saturday night and didn't complain about the extra time it took to fix the problem! I will be calling Sam again anytime I have an appliance repair and feel glad to have found someone knowledgeable and efficient to use.
