Kenmore Elite (Samsung) Dryer Repair
My dryer would show that it was drying on the digital screen, however the drum would not spin. Had no idea what broke so I decided to look for a repair person on homestars. After a quick search JSN Appliances Repair came up as one of the best rated dryer companies. I called but did not get an answer. No sooner did I hang up did Sam call me back to say he saw a missed call. He came to my East York home the next day, scrapped the entire thing completely trying to find the problem. It was after he reassembled the entire thing did he realize the board was broken. He ordered the part and one week later I was back up and running.
Pros: Sam is very knowledgeable and punctual, he gives reliable service.
Cons: The price could have been a bit lower, but overall I got good service and the dryer is going strong, so not a problem
