I had an excellent experience with JSN Appliances Repair last month. I reached out to them regarding my dryer and was promptly contacted by Sam who made arrangements to come see the appliance the very next day. Sam was polite, professional and honest regarding the problem, solution and cost.
He got the dryer temporarily functioning but made it clear that he would have to order and install a new part. I really appreciated being informed throughout the week as to the timing of the next service appointment. As well, both times prior to his visits, Sam called and notified us as to when he would be arriving.
In short, Sam got us the right part, at the right time, for the right price and did a thorough job of installing and getting our dryer back to working condition!
