An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"I found JSN Appliances through HomeStars and called the number. Sam returned my call very quickly and after I explained the issue I'm having with my washing machine, he offered some suggestions and times when he could come by to take a look. The washer appeared to be leaking near the end of the cycle and it wasn't apparent where the water was coming from. Sam was very good at answering my calls and text messages. He arrived on time like we agreed and began troubleshooting the issue right away. His professionalism and knowledge helped diagnose the issue and he was very thorough in checking to make sure for certain we knew what the problem was.
