Sam was very honest, fair and diagnosed the situation quickly. he phoned several times to confirm and discuss. He did try to fix the part, checked the price for a new one and confirmed that the seven hundred was silly for a seven year old part, so we will buy a new stove. We will use him again for sure. I have never had such good service in thirty five yeas of home ownership.
