Efficient Moving

Moved on October 1st. Drivers were late by 40 minutes. Drivers insisted on using their boxes to make move faster and it was not. Was told boxes were $10 but later after packing them was told $10 per box rental. After the job was done I was billed $510.00 for moving but when receiving email invoice the total was $412.45. When asked about the difference I was told tips, when explained no tips were given the company denied me the difference and told me the driver submitted $412.45. The company does not use pink receipts after the move for customers copy. Deceiving company and do not use them!
