We had two different roof repairs done by Remember Me roofing, one in the middle of winter the other in early summer. On both occasions Chris and his team were very quick to respond to our request, professional and worked with us to ensure we got the work we needed done versus up-selling us on additional work not needed. I would certainly recommend his company to friends and have done so already.

We contracted Remember Me Roofing early this summer, and the work was completed as promised in August. The job was completed in about one and a half days, and without any mess left behind. We noticed a small problem with the flashing that had been installed, and the company corrected the problem within a short time.
We are very pleased with our new roof and would certainly recommend this company to others needing their roof replaced.

I chose them because of their very thorough bid process, attention to service and their obvious eagerness to do the best possible job. The owner himself came out to appraise the roof, immediately presented me with a quote, samples and options. I did shop around a little and those that I spoke to emailed quotes and provided no follow-up or personal service at all.
The actual job was completed in a timely fashion, was extremely well done and the job site completely and thoroughly cleaned. The team of young men were polite, friendly and approachable. I was very happy with my decision all around and hands down recommend them as the best roofers available in the Ottawa area!

This was a fairly elaborate roofing job with many skylights, peaks and valleys. We had a few quotes and RMR was competitive and thorough in the explanation of what was to be done, timeline, materials, cleanup and potential added costs. The team was very professional, courteous, informative about the various steps of the job and cleanup was flawless. In the end, the job came in at the quoted price. We could not have been happier. We needed a new roof in a tighter timeframe. The marketing package we received was well over what we had gotten from other companies, they took the time to make sure our questions were answered as well. The work required on our roof was done when it said it was going to be done and there were no extra costs etc. We appreciated the fact that Chris was up front with all materials, dates etc that we needed which was way better than any company that we had give us quotes as well. The workers that did our roof were amazing, polite, patient (as my son had questions and they were wonderful in answering) they were always approachable and they kept our yard clean of any debris. We would recommend Remember me Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof, and will continue to pass along their names. We were entirely satisfied with the service we received.
