At the start of the process I found Paul who is the owner straight forward and easy to deal with and the process of agreeing an appropriate counter top effortless. However within months the stone separated where it had been joined with one area rising higher than the other. It seems this occurred because of improper support underneath. I contacted Paul fully expecting that the problem would be dealt with, based on my impression of him and the fact that I had been assured that customer satisfaction is a top

priority and something that he prided himself on being a family run company. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails all of which have been ignored. I spoke with Kerri who is Paul's daughter and having established when it had been installed etc. agreed that Paul would be in contact. Sadly that is the only contact I have managed, I have had no returned phone calls and no follow up.
I could only recommend avoiding this company as they certainly do not live up to their personal and website guarantees.

I had a small job. Paul was not pushy but made me feel like it was as important as a large job. He dealt with me professionally and was not pushy. He gave me a price and timeline. He delivered on both. Excellent job. I recommend the company and product.
