Excellent customer service. On-time every step of the way, from estimate to finished basement. Quality Canadian materials including wood for frame, hardwood for floors. Lots of choices of paint, cabinets, vanity, shower, flooring. Napoleon gas fireplace. Have their own trades people who show up on time. Work very well organized. Project manager available and very approachable to ideas. Designer open to any and all ideas. Price doesn't change unless you upgrade after estimate. They don't nickle and dime you along the way. They clean up everything before they finish the job. From dark concrete basement to fabulous family space in about one month. WIll definitely use them again. Would 100% recommend for any home reno.
