After reading the positive reviews for Air Leaders on Homestars, I decided to contact the company regarding an issue with my old Hepa filter (18 yrs old). Dan spoke to me on the phone and offered to come to my house to inspect the equipment. He arrived promptly the following day, explained everything clearly and provided a quotation for replacing both the air cleaner (30+yrs old) and Hepa filter. His team arrived the very next day and completed the job within 2 hours. They were courteous and efficient. Dan followed up with a courtesy call a few weeks later to ensure everything was working properly.

From Dan's initial presentation to the completed project, Air Leaders was the pinnacle of professionalism. No unanswered questions, no disappointments and no regrets. Enbridge shut off my gas due to gas leak to dryer. After several unsuccessful attempts with a couple of companies from Homestars, owner Dan answered my call right away which is surprising these days. He helped me figure out what I needed to have done by explaining some important factors for my situation. He also didn’t want me to not have heat so he sent his crew Bobby and Mohamed fairly soon after our call. I was very impressed with their proficiency and they did a great job! No wonder they have such a high rating with Homestars!

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Furnace stopped working, we called the company and Dan came in a couple of hours, assesed the situation, explained our options, and next day we had a new furnace installed. The crew did a wonderful job in removing the old furnace and instaling the new one: clean and neat, perfection. Very reliable company, thank you!

Professional service and peace of mind installation

Air Leaders installed my furnace and AC in 2013 and the system they put in has been working great. Due to the pandemic, I just had them come back and install an air exchanger ventilator, a whole house HEPA system and a tankless water heater.
The team worked tirelessly and they did an amazing job. All done in one day by a team of two people. My wife and I are really happy with their recommendation.

Dan was quick, efficient and very pleasant. He cleaned all the parts of my furnace, air filter and attached humidifier and replaced the thermostat and a drainage hose. He took care to assess all aspects of the problem. He thoroughly, intelligently and kindly explained all of the aspects of ongoing filter cleaning and maintenance that I should be doing. Previous repairmen had left off a number of air filtration parts that needed attention. I would highly recommend his services.

I contacted Air Leaders regarding a very loud noise coming from our waterless tank. Dan from Air Leaders came out to investigate the problem the same day, ran some tests and provided me with our options. In the end, we opted to replace the unit.
