Michael has been doing my inspections for many years now. He is always on time and very diligent. In this particular case the property I was going to purchase had a lot of repairs that were needed. Michael was very excellent in recognizing the flaws and potential upside opportunities. Most inspectors are in and out within two hours. Michael in this case, and as always, spent around 3.5 hours carefully examining the property.
