I contacted Michael after finding him on the internet and scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and flexible for the time i needed him, considering it was a last minute call. He was responsive for all the little changes that happened in our scheduling and showed up on time. Upon inspection, Michael completed a very thorough inspection and took a look at all necessary components. His report was very thorough and well done. He took the time to walk me through it and brought up all appropriate matters to my concern. He also provided advice on improvements that i needed. Good job michael!
