I don't have experience having appliances repaired, so when I found East End Appliance, I called. Chad told me he could come the next night to investigate the problem. I called him when he didn't show. I called again when he didn't come the second time. I should have called someone else, but I didn't know who else to call. Eventually when he came, he told me he needed to order a part, he took $350 cash as a deposit and said he'd be back in three days to fix the machine. We arranged several times for him to come by, but he never showed and never called to say he wasn't coming. We work. We rearranging our schedules only to have someone not show up. We thought he'd ordered the part and we didn't want to lose our money which is why we stuck it out. After 5 weeks, he came back but he came without the replacement parts. Then he promised to come back three days later...when he didn't come, we asked for our deposit back. It took three weeks and he shorted the amount by $50. He says it was for the two service calls. Horrible service.
