I moved from Mississauga, Ontario to Vancouver, BC and did a lot of research for this big move in choosing the company on internet. So many factors in considering the company like
Pricing estimates
Ratings on internet
BBB ( Better Business Burear) listing
claim settlement
reviews from people on internet
Insurance
storage, loading staff etc.
I was so confused and scared in choosing the right company and then i took my decision based on price estimate, the company seriousness in settling the claims , ratings on internet and the customer service dealing and addressing the concern with clients and response on emails.
I give 8 out of 10 to this company. I had 2 concerns but those were addressed when I raised those objections with the company.

1. The first Loader guy Mike came with another person and he does not know how to deal with customers , he was so rude in behaviour and continuously pressuring and forcing us and telling that he is not going to pack table and other stuff while it was decided before. Then he forced me to go to the scale and his driver is on scale for the weight which i requested and then later it was agreed with him that I can not go. He kept on taunting words like" you think you are so smart that you want to know truck's weight by yourself on scale" something like that ... he kept on taunting so many things.. In short, He needs proper training that how to talk and deal with customers. I right away called company told them that i do not want this person and the company changed the loading crew and sent some other professional and courteous staff in one hour.

2.My dining table top glass was broken during move and i submitted the claim. I received a reasonable claim amount and the process was so simple that you have to wait for at least 6 weeks to settle your claim. Then I received the amount through email money transfer.
Response was good, customer service was Excellent. Price is competitive. I received my stuff on time and delivered to me in BC in proper condition except on dining table which i claimed and it has been settled. You have to ask every concern and conditions in the beginning before the contract.
Overall I am satisfied and recommend this company.
