New Look Windows & Doors

We recently had all the windows in our house replaced by New Look Windows and Doors.And we have nothing but good things to say about the experience -- the rep from New Look first of all was very thorough in explaining to us all the options, the advantages of certain windows over others, etc. They were very professional from the start, with the scheduling and all of that, and then most importantly the quality of the window installation itself is just flawless... the windows are beautiful and the way they've been installed looks just perfect. They would definitely be the first company we'd recommend to family and friends, no questions.

UPDATE: now only a few months later the door handle is falling off because it was installed in a shoddy way. The person from this company who did my doors was a complete HACK! I was referred by a friend to New Look windows and Doors, I must say I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The installers showed up several hours late, and as such could not finish the job that day. The one installer came back the next weekend and did an absolutely awful job finishing the doors. The work was just substandard. They came back a third time to fix the job, and again were over an hour late. They did fix the job to my satisfaction, and to Alex' credit, he did give me back $300. However, when I hire a company I expect them to be on time, and to do the job right the first time. Unfortunately I would not recommend them.

I found New Look Windows online and called them for a estimate. They were very friendly and set up a time that worked well for me. After I received my estimates from a few companies and after careful consideration I choose them to do the work. I found that I was getting the best experience and value for my money by dealing with them. We recently had New Look Windows and Doors install new windows at our home .We received their phone number from a friend and decided to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Alex arrived and from the moment we started talking with him we felt very comfortable, so comfortable in fact that we booked on the spot.From the initial visit with the sales manager Alex through to the installation , New Look had an honest and professional approach.The windows look great from both inside and out. They changed three windows in the house. The work was good and they were fast, on time and efficient coming and going when they said they would. The windows were installed about 2 months ago and so far so good, I’d recommend them.

I first heard of New Look through an ad on 740 AM, and I decided to call them and give them a try. In the end, I hired them to replace a few windows for me in the dining room and bedroom, as well as one basement window. I was happy with the work they did and though they did a good (but not great) job overall.

We shopped around through many contractors and after many quotations decided on New Look. We liked the products they offered, the selection & quality, as well as how they manufacture their products locally. Alex was our salesman and found him to be very professional & knowledgeable with every aspect of the work we needed to have done. He was very patient, kind and genuinely involved with our project and offered many sensible suggestions and options to suit our needs.

The quality of the doors they have installed are very high end, they look great and operate perfectly. Their installers were very nice and did a great job, they were thorough and explained each step they took to ensure we knew the job was being done right. When they cleaned up, you wouldn't even have known we had this project done (except for the dramatic change in appearance with the new doors!).
