We had 4 exterior doors and 11 windows replaced by New Look. We were very satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors. The work was completed in 2 days. The staff were pleasant and professional. The only suggestion that we would make to improve the experience is that a shop vac would have been helpful to clean up the construction debris

I have received quotes from 3 different companies including new look windows. They say third time is a charm? I wasn't happy with the first quote and decided to contact new look based on their reviews. I am not only happy with their products, sales and installation process but how efficient everything was.
