New look replaced my basement windows. They came on time the date agreed, called in advance and showed up as they said they would. I was happy with the windows. Our installer Uri was very experienced and personable. He did a good job. Some of my neighbors are going to contact New Look at my recommendation.

We had all of our windows and sliding door replaced. The installation was done efficiently and over 2 days. The mess was cleaned up afterwards. Windows and door are great quality. Highly recommend.

New Look has been a favourite on our street for years. Our immediate neighbours and another family down the street used them recently and we were very impressed by the finished product. We needed 11 of the original (100 years old) windows in our house replaced as well as the French Door to the porch - which is an irregular (narrow) size.

Alex came to the house within a few days of the call and efficiently measured the windows and door. We discussed the products and agreed on style and function. We received the quote within a day and it was on target.

We then booked the install (a few months later) and the guys came promptly and worked the first day on the windows. It was a two day job and after day one they cleaned up all of the mess and debris from the demolition and returned the next day to complete the door. Similar to day one they worked efficiently installed the door without issue.

Great service. Confirmed start date and provided instructions re dust covers etc. Arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Very professional and well prepared. After completion they cleaned up and removed all materials. If you are looking for Window installation you need to give them a call.

Alex is an excellent consultant, he was honest and transparent from the beginning. He answered all my questions and concerns and his response time was amazing. I found that the price was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. The team who completed the job were also very courteous, and of course has excellent craftsmanship. Everything looks great and works well. I will be hiring them again when it’s time to do the windows upstairs.
