Masterpiece Granite And Marble Inc.

The worst experience we’ve ever had,we absolutely regret doing business with Masterpiece. As Mohamed(Mo)the store owner requested,we paid him in cash for a Granite slap we chose and were given a store receipt,He assigned the job to someone he knows without even asking us.He cut the slap horribly with many shippings allover and refused to give us the remaining1/2 slap.After many phone calls and store visits Mo offered us to refund what we paid after couple of weeks as he had no cash , After 3 weeks we tried to contact him by phone and many store visits either he didn’t answer or was not available so I sent hime a polite message to remind him of what we had agreed on , Then He very rudely denied having any business with us.
We have proofs and witnesses of him taking the money from us at our home for the kitchen countertops he provided us .
It was a very bad and stressful experience with Masterpiece Granite store .

My wife and I went to several granite suppliers referred to by several different fabrication companies. We chose Masterpiece (referred by Avalon Granite and Marble) because as soon as we went to the showroom we were put as ease by the friendly staff. Fernanda showed my wife and I around the warehouse to check out the different slabs. Fernanda was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right slab for our kitchen countertops. Overall very very satisfied with service. Highly recommended.
