Basement room and the bathroom with the shower cabin
The basement was finished on Nov. 3, 2016. Everything seemed fine until now. The silicone caulk in the shower cabin is coming off but its an occasional shower only.
The biggest problem just happened with the toilet. First, the toilet tank cracked suddenly. It is difficult to buy solely the tank so we bought the whole toilet to replace the one installed in 2016 by Skills&Tools. It appears difficult to install a new one because when Skills&Tools installed the toilet in 2016, they broke the flange so a new toilet cant be bolted to it. Now, we have an unexpected new plumbing expense because the installation of the new toilet seems more complicated.
How possibly could a professional plumber do such a job during the installation and cover it up?
Its frustrating.
Even, the laminated floor has not been perfectly installed.
