Michael Mischke did my home inspection and was very professional and very informative as well. He explained any problems thoroughly and in common terms so we well understood what needed to be done!

Michael was fantastic! Great guy, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I never know whether or not to believe testimonials on websites but after our inspection, I know every positive comment made about 4sight is the truth. Not only did he point out the potential problems in great detail, he offered solutions and recommendations as well. A couple hours after the inspection was concluded, I received an 81 page report, complete with descriptions, photos (of everything...seriously), and ways to fix potential problems. This is our first home purchase, so everything in the process has been stressful, except for this. We can go forward with our purchase with complete confidence thanks to Michael. Michael of 4Sight Home Inspections was very thorough and detail oriented. He let us know the urgency and cost of any issues brought to our attention during the inspection. Inspected our new home purchase. He took his time and was very professional. Not only evaluated the structure for safety but also cosmetics. He gave a thorough report at the end and showed us all the salient parts in person when we accompanied him.

Mike was very proficient, friendly and down to earth. He explained everything in detail. The inspection was done for my brother as a first time home buyer, and being new to the real estate industry I wanted to make sure the inspection was thorough. Michael was very informative during my inspection. He explained things to me in terms I could understand. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately he missed a few things during the inspection that I now have to replace. My basement windows were leaking and my furnace spits out air and water when running.

Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections came out to do the home inspection for our dream house, and he did an amazingly thorough job! Even my Realtor was blown away on how thorough of job he did. He documented every detail of every inch our house and made recommendations on the urgency of the matter and also what and how it can be corrected. It was like a 300 page document with pictures of each component of our house. Something we can review over and over. He marked down all the model #'s of our appliances and lets us know if any product is recalled. I've had a home inspection done once before and they had just a 2 page inspection sheet which they just ticked. Nothing can compare to the detail that Michael provided. I would recommend their company highly!
