I originally posted my review soon after having the inspection back in September. My whole family was very impressed with Michael's knowledge and professionalism. We had to arrange for a second visit soon after, since the sellers agreed to fix some of the things he had pointed out. Michael was able to come back on a short notice, and at no charge. He took the time to inspect, he got inside the attic... he answered all the questions we had at the time and more since. I really can't say enough to thank him. The information he provided to us really made the difference, and his service was outstanding.

All I can say is, WOW! Michael lives up to everything they say about him in these reviews He is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Using all his gizmos and gadgets he gives your perspective new home a total once over. And he doesn't rush it because he doesn't want to miss anything. When was the last time you saw an inspector actually get up and crawl around in the attic? Well Michael did. And good that he did because he found a major building flaw that needs immediate attention. All this for a VERY reasonable cost.
